ATSB’s Performance Management system integrates with a BPM tool to provide setup of various KPI targets and objectives. You also get to manage the KPI assessment whereby you can view and define their achievement and update the strategy implemented. You also get to automate the assessment process by setting up formula’s in the system to read the data from a predefined database.
Drive performance through actions. Link initiatives to your KPIs and measures. Initiatives can be used anywhere you need them to help track and monitor plans and actions that drive your performance. Individual initiatives tasks can be assigned to users.
Also built into the system is a Balance Score Card module which can be used to align business activities to the vision and strategy of the organization, improve internal and external communications, and monitor organization performance against strategic goals.
